The Trust generally meets the first Wednesday of every quarter from 12 p.m.–3 p.m. Meetings are open for the public to attend. To provide public comment during a meeting, please email OceanScienceTrust@dsl.oregon.gov by 10 a.m. the day before the meeting. Meeting agendas, including links to participate remotely are posted prior to the meeting.

The next quarterly meeting of the Trust is Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from NOON-3:00pm. The meeting will be at the Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, Oregon.
